Top Menu Bar¶
The toolbar located at the top of the screen provides quick access to core file operations, view modes, and camera parameters.

Features and Shortcuts Overview¶

| Exit | — | Closes the nEditor application. |
| Export to OMSI | — | Opens the export form for exporting the current map state to OMSI 2 file format. |
| Exit to menu | — | Closes the active scene and returns to the editor main menu. |
| Load save | — | Displays a dialog to load a different save state for the currently open map. |
| Save as | — | Opens a dialog to save under a new name (the editor automatically switches to the new save upon confirmation). |
| Label Map | — | Displays the map name (directory name in the OMSI 2/Maps folder). |
| Label Save | — | Displays the currently active save name in the database. |
| Undo | Ctrl+Z | Undoes the last action performed in the scene (history stores up to 50 steps). |
| Redo | Ctrl+Y | Reapplies the previously undone action (only available after using Undo). |
| Show paths | — | Toggles visualization of AI traffic paths and pedestrian tracks on the map. |
| Precision mode | F5 | Toggles precision camera mode – camera speed is significantly reduced, facilitating micro-adjustments for splines and objects. |
| Loading tiles | — | Controls automatic streaming/loading of neighboring terrain tiles while moving the camera. Disabling allows isolated work on selected tiles without memory overhead. |
| Label x FPS | — | Real-time frames-per-second counter for scene rendering performance. |
